The front of the cottage sits on a sandy beach with Lake Ontario rolling in the waves. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. There you can spot one of the many Bald Eagles fishing in the lake. Or maybe you want to watch the sailboat races right out front on the lake. Plenty of body surfing and swimming. The back of this wonderful cottage sits on Sodus Bay. The water is calm and great for swimming and fishing, water skiing and all kinds of water sports. All our cottages are accessible by boat only and we take you and your things in and back out when you leave on a 24' pontoon boat. Once there you have a 14' motor boat to get around on. All the restaurants have docks. So you can shop and eat without ever getting back into your car. It's a BLAST! You will love it here!This cottage has a 30' dock and comes with a 14ft aluminum boat with 4 stroke 10 hp outboard motor. (gas will be$15.00 for the week unlimited refills) The beds are made with sheets only, you bring pillows, towels and blankets as of Covid-19 new rules. There is endless toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels and much more. The kitchen has it all. fully equipped with the latest cooking utensils. There is a Bunn coffee maker for large pots and a K-cup coffee maker for a cup on the run. Washer and dryer is includedThis is simply the best rental location on Sodus Bay.This charming vacation retreat is located within minutes of eight waterfront restaurants and several marinas. It is also near historic Sodus Point, which features a sandy beach on Lake Ontario, two light houses, and maritime museum.
