It also has Clear Lake Party Store within walking distance for hand-dipped ice cream, necessities, beer, and liquor--both the CLB and CL Party Store are within walking distance.13% Tax includes cleaning fee & processing fee.Small dogs will be considered for an additional $100/stay, $50/ weekends --large dogs not allowed.No smoking in the house, deck, and/or docks.Minimum 7 day stay July and August— 2 days the other 10 months. *Dock space is shared.
