Single, large ac unit cools the whole house! Awesome views of the lake, great family gathering areas in the house and out on the large deck with BBQ grill. Direct lake frontage with dock makes this a great spot for fishermen and families alike. Large front lawn, great for games with your dog, or just hanging out. We are now on a municipal water supply!Bring your own kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, whatever you've got. This is a great family place. Sorry, no fire pit or outdoor fires. Guests should take care that the railing on the upper bedroom level may not be suitable for small children. Thank you!This is a shared driveway. Please do not block neighbors access. Very narrow driveway with no turnaround for trailers. You may have to disconnect and manually spin!Now on town water supply!Late season lake levels may be low.Primary guest or renter is over the age of 24. Property owner requirement.No Parties, this is a neighborhood, family homes, and folks just taking it easy for the Summer.Sorry, no campfires permitted here due to neighbor request.One dog only, unless otherwise agreed upon. You must clean up after your pet as well.After 10pm , please keep noise down for the neighbors. This is required.
