The beach is a sand and small pebble beach inviting a morning paddle, there are 3 kayaks, lazy beach read, plenty of beach chairs, or evening bonfire. The open concept kitchen and great room has a vaulted ceiling, cherry floors, amazing lake views lot's of natural light and lakeside screen porch. The cottage is fully equipped with plenty of towels and bedding . The kitchen has an abundance of cookware and utensils. The Champlain Islands offer miles of biking opportunities. We are just 40 minutes to Burlington and 4 miles to the Canadian border and an hour to Montreal. Bring your passport for a multi-cultural experience!
