If you are traveling with your horses, we just added a 50x130 paddock, just for you. Dogs are also welcome (limit 2) with a one time $25 pet fee. This apartment has a private entrance, expansive views of the fields, deer, and horses next door, and whatever other critters may show up! Feel free to relax on the homes oversized front porch and enjoy a cup of coffee. Just 6 miles from horse country in Windsor and 18 miles from the Steeplechase in Aiken. 38 Miles from both the Augusta National Golf Course (home of the Masters tournament) and Augusta Regional Airport,, and 46.6 miles from Ft Eisenhower (formally Ft Gordon).Amenities:Bedroom has blackout curtains to block out those early morning rays, a bedside light with alarm clock and wireless charging station, 6 drawer dresser, ceiling fan/light combo, and closet with hangers.Bathroom has removable shower head, shampoo/conditioner/body-wash dispenser/ magnified mirror, hair-dryer, and in case you forget to pack it a individually wrapped toothbrush and travel tooth paste.Kitchen has Fridge with Ice and water dispenser, microwave, glass-top oven/stove combo, 2 coffee makers (k-cup or full pot), toaster, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, baking dishes, pots and pans, basic spices and oils. The peninsula is a perfect place for grabbing a quick bite and has two stools. We also provide fresh eggs from our chickens for your stay (when the girls are laying).Living room has a large flat screen smart TV (connected to wi-fi), couch that will open to a queen size bed (approx), coffee table, end table, dining table with 2 chairs, small lamp and ceiling fan/light combo.Laundry room has stacking washer dryer combo with laundry soap and fabric softener sheets provided, and ironing board w/iron. Feel free to meander the path around the property to take in mother nature at her finest.
