Makeup towels are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are provided! The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 8 with chairs.The front of the house features a three season patio with additional seating for eating and relaxing.Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12-cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter supply of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!Laundry is available on site ~ the washer and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry detergent and a wool dryer ball are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.We are available for guests if needed via messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.The home is located in a residential area, it also shares a fence line with a storage unit company. There are commercial buildings at the end of the road, there are only other four homes located on this road.Parking is available for 2 cars in the garage & 2 in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street. Uber and Lyft services available in the area.Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only VRBO on our block. The road to the home is a very short road with only a handful of homes and is gravel. The home shares a fence line with a storage unit company.- Guests must be 25 years or older to book. - Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identify. - No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund. - No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 8 guests allowed in the home.- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.- No candles or open flames allowed in the home. - Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.- Please be respectful of neighbors when using front porch & back deck spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.- Front door & side entry door have Ring Doorbell cameras for security of guests and property. Recording occurs when the camera detects movement in these areas. Tampering or disabling of camera will result in immediate termination of the reservation.- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.- Please remove your shoes when in the home.- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay. - Any violation of VRBO's terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances.
