This is a very comfortable update private farmhouse style home on a nicely landscaped property shaded by beautiful maple trees. It is located on within walking distance to town. Well appointed and decorated. The kitchen has a gas Viking cooking range. There is an outdoor grill and patio set for outdoor dining. Eat in kitchen and separate dining table in living area with a beautiful view. There is a separate den with large screen TV. The king master suite, located on the first floor, has a screened in back porch for sitting and view the wooded back patio area. Master bath has a separate clawfoot tub and walk in newly tiled shower. Master has air conditioner, peloton bike and television. The sleeping quarters upstairs are well appointed for two guests or children. The bathroom has a shower and bath combination in upstairs guest bath. This is a very desired home located on outskirts of Peru Village. Flowers in garden for viewing and cutting. Walk to the Hapgood Pond or the Peru Fair in the fall. Manchester is just a short drive past Bromley Mountain and about 15 minutes away. Weston and the Weston Theater Company is a short drive through country roads (15 Minutes). This home is ideally located so that you can have a quite visit yet be close to activities and attractions.
