The house is a short 8 minute walk to the ski lifts and Stratton village and it's also directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house!There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room, 11 beds, and 3 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, patio with BBQ, wood burning fireplace, wood burning stove, foosball table in game room, + more!The upper floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, Large TV, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms-Upper floor bedroom 1: 1 King size bed -Upper floor bedroom 2: 2 Queen size bedsThe lower level consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bunk room, 2 full bathrooms, and a game room:-Lower level Bedroom: 2 queen size beds-Lower level Bunk Room: 1 twin over full bunk with twin trundle and 1 twin over twin bunk with twin trundle, and a pullout full size bed with memory foam mattress. We typically use this space as a kid bunk area + bathroom*New for 2022, exterior of house being painted Graphite Black! Updated picture coming soon!We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.Bunk room does not have a door.Maximum occupancy is 16You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas.
