Bedroom one features a king size bed, a dresser and an attached bedroom with two twin size beds and a view of the ocean. Bedroom two features a double bed and a dresser. The third floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom three features a double bed and a dresser. Bedroom four features a queen size bed, storage drawers and closets with an attached bedroom with two twin size beds and a view of the ocean. The ocean can also be seen from the porch on the beach side of the house. First floor has one full bathroom and third floor has one half bathroom with a stand up shower. All rooms including bathrooms, have new wood flooring with the exception of bedroom three, which has new carpeting and the kitchen which is tile. Big deck on street side of the house with a picnic table and grill. Excellent for extended family, family reunions, friends, etc. Air conditioning, TV and free internet included. Located close to shopping and restaurants with a pub, convenience store, diner, laundromat and hair salon directly across the street. Space for 2 cars in driveway with additional on street parking. Paid parking lot located across the street.
