The combined property sleeps 10 people in 2 queen beds and 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.The Space:This two-family home comfortably sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms:Bedroom 1: Ground level unit, queen bedBedroom 2: Ground level unit, twin-over-full bunk bedBedroom 3: Second floor unit, queen bedBedroom 4: Second floor unit, twin-over full bunk bedThe home offers an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing, BBQing area with a gas grill (there are 2 gas grills on property during the spring, summer and fall), 2 fully-equipped kitchens, off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles, 4-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one with a stand-up shower and one with a tub).Property Features: approximately 1,700 square feet throughout 2 levels, high-speed internet, 4 smart TVs (2 in each of the living rooms and 2 in each of the queen bed bedrooms, with ability to log into your streaming services), baseboard heat and window AC units, 2 fully equipped kitchens with all major appliances (except dishwasher), standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, gas grilling area, 2 dedicated work-from-home desk areas and three-seasons porch on the second level. There is no washer/dryer on site.No more than 1 dogs allowed for an additional $100 pet fee.Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.
