We can also accommodate RVs, boat trailers and campers.EV Charging:EV charger is available for free. The charger is located inside the garage at the moment.Hot Tub and Sauna:- The Hot Tub and Sauna is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities.- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.Refund Policy:- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.Grill:- Grill tools are available in the outdoor kitchen.- Use the grill brush (located in the grill cabinet) to clean the grill before and after use.Pets:WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay.Check-In & Check-Out:We will try to accommodate early Check-In and late Check-out when possible but generally cannot commit to it until the day before. It depends on if we have other bookings before or after your stay and the cleaner schedule. Due to the size of this property, our cleaners require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. If we receive word from our cleaner that the property will be ready ahead of the scheduled Check-In time, we will communicate to the guest and let them know the property is ready for them ahead of schedule.
