Please note this apartment is located on the lower floor of our home and we live on the upper two floors. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffee maker plus all pots and pans and cooking utensils. Handmade butcherblock dining table for 6 and pub table for 2. Custom fabric sliding panels to create open airy light-filled bedrooms but still allow privacy for sleeping.Electronic keypad contact-free check-in. Strict adherence to CDC COVID and VRBO cleaning recommendations.In true Asheville fashion, we gladly welcome people of all gender identities, races, sexual orientations, and religions.-Perfect for hikers and outdoor people, families, pet owners, history buffs, motorcyclists, or couple-time. Private entrance. Garage parking for motorcycles. Secure private parking for cars with room for a trailer.-Dog-friendly with access to a large, 1/2 acre fenced area. Dog bowls and bed provided. Pet fee of $50 each with a two-dog limit. Pets must be in a crate if left alone. Crate for 50-60lb. available upon request. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing.-Wireless internet. Television available, BRING YOUR DONGLE OR CABLES FOR STREAMING.
