A completely renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home situated on 2 acres designed with your comfort in mind. This property is conveniently located at the edge of Sparkman Lake, just 40 minutes north of Tampa and 20 minutes from the Gulf coast. Amongst several natural springs, a day’s activities might include swimming with manatees, going to the beach, or a day trip to collect sea shells. A night’s activities might include sipping your favorite beverage on the back deck, listening to your favorite music, and grilling a local catch fresh from the market. When the beautiful sunset falls peacefully into the Gulf of Mexico, the night begins to light up by the amazing star-filled sky that most people from a city have never experienced.
