Casita (1 Bed / 1 Bath) with Pool + Pickleball Access This listing is for the Casita (guest house) of the 3 bedroom home. Many homes in the community have an interior door between the main house and the casita, so you can easily hear other guests.. I intentionally designed this house without that interior door, so it's very private.The interior features a modern minimalistic style with a cozy fireplace, granite countertops, and motorized privacy blinds. This space includes a king sized bed and 75" tv. There is also a kitchenette which includes a sleek fridge and microwave along with a sink. The Casita is located on the southwest side (left side) of the house. The entrance is next to the fire pit in front, which is dedicated for the casita.. so feel free to use it and enjoy the views!I work a 9-5 but always try to keep an eye on my phone and am happy to answer any questions.Ivins is the best spot in the St. George area!! There are awesome red rock views, great hiking/walking trails, and light restrictions so you can see stars at night. It has an awesome vibeThere is guest parking throughout the neighborhood, no permits are required. The spa/pool and gym areas are an easy walk towards the east side of the community and the pickleball courts are located at the southeast end. This house also has listings for the entire 3 bedroom house or the 2 bedroom unit without the casita, so check out my other listings if you need more space.
