This beautiful A-frame home is situated on the side of a mountain, offering spectacular views from the deck. It features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry area. The living room has a large streaming television for late night relaxing. The dining room seats 6-8 and overlooks the backyard with a fountain. While dining, you might spot wildlife on the trail above.Please note that there are many stairs leading up to the home, which may be challenging for some people. Therefore, it may not be suitable for small children or elderly pets. However, we welcome one well-behaved, potty-trained non-shedding dog. As there is no fencing, please keep dog on a leash while toileting. Dogs are never allowed on beds or furniture. The area is perfect for hiking, with trails right out the backyard and a seasonal stream in the neighborhood, just a short walk away.
