Perfect home for visiting family in the area, coming for a wedding, dropping off your children for school or the MTC, coming to ski at Sundance Resort, coming for a BYU or UVU game, coming for fly fishing the Provo River or hiking/biking the Provo Canyon trails. Very clean, newly refurbished, new paint, new carpet, new furniture--this place is in excellent condition. You will enjoy your vacation in this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Orem. It will sleep 12 people in 4 bedrooms. It has 2 living spaces, nice kitchen table that seats 8, bar for serving buffets or for serving breakfast or lunch and 3 full bathrooms. Master suite has a separate tub, shower, walk-in closet, big windows with lots of light.The Aspen house is equipped with Home Automation from Control4 (premier home automation company based in Utah!) Guests are given a unique code to the smart lock during their stay making access to the house simple and easy! If you are arriving late, the front porch light is conveniently automated to turn on at nights!
