Bright and Spacious Home | Centrally Located Bring the whole family to this bright and spacious home with lots of room for fun! While this 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has everything you need for a relaxing time with family and friends, one of its most notable features is the location! Just minutes from the freeway, Utah's tech hub, and all the shops and entertainment you need! The huge deck and outdoor space are perfect for entertaining and making memories!The spaceThere is a large master bedroom on the main floor with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, soaker tub, and two shower heads. A half bath is located just off the living room.The second level has two rooms with king beds and one bedroom with full over full bunk beds. In the loft area at the top of the stairs, there is a day bed that converts to a full-size bed. An additional bathroom is upstairs with a tub and shower.The office includes a pull-out couch that turns into a full-size bed.There is plenty of space in the living room and kitchen/dining area for family gatherings, but you can also extend onto the large deck and outdoor space. You will have full access to the backyard and garage. Please leave the extended driveway on the South side of the home open to the tenants in the basement.Guest accessThis listing includes the main level and upstairs portion of the home, as well as the garage and backyard! The basement is a separate apartment and IS NOT accessible. Please be considerate of the tenants in the basement. You may hear some noise from them, but quiet hours will be respected.Other things to noteThe basement apartment will be occupied and you may hear noise occasionally. Our quiet hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM will be strongly enforced.
