If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $80 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.✔️A unique code will be assigned via a smart lock to each guest before check in✔️You can come and go as you please✔️You will have access to the entire townhome besides the basementWe are happy to interact and answer any questions or requests should you need or want anything during your stay. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. We do have a noise monitor in place to detect any unusually loud noise decibals. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community.
