Bed Configuration: Main Floor Bedroom - Queen Bed with bath across the hallSecond Floor Loft Bedroom - Queen Bed with attached bath and laundryThe beautiful first floor bedroom offers one queen bed and tons of natural light! The main bathroom is across the hall, featuring a beautiful stone bath area with jetted tub and shower and double vanity. The second bedroom in the open loft area features one queen bed, a brand-new bathroom and laundry area! The deck offers an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. There is parking in the back of the alley for one car any additional cars may utilize street parking. Please Note: This listing is for sale, so it may be requested to be shown during your stay.Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date.
