Please note: this vacation suite is located on the third floor.In addition to its unbeatable location, this condo features an updated kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, stovetop, and coffee maker (please note: this kitchen does not have an oven). The beautiful open floor plan and large windows let the natural light shine beautifully. The views of the mighty San Juan Mountains are stunning from inside the comfort of this studio. If you want to feel the mountain sun and crisp air, the outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the magnificent views. It's the ideal setting for immersing yourself in all Ouray has to offer! Bed Configuration: Studio - King Bed The beautiful studio offers one king bed and tons of natural light! The bathroom doubles as the laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer to make laundry days on your travels easy. The brand-new bathroom is perfectly updated with a spacious granite countertop and a modern shower. The deck offers an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. There is parking in the back of the alley for one car. Any additional vehicles may utilize street parking. Please Note: This listing is for sale, so it may be requested to be shown during your stay.Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date.
