Built in 1900, this authentic cabin is simple and cozy, while providing modern updates and amenities. It is perfectly located to help you take advantage of recreational activities in all seasons including hiking, golfing, skiing/snowboarding and hunting. Enjoy quick access to Windham Mt (10 min), Hunter Mt (20 min) & Kaaterskill Falls (30 min). Pratt Rock is just several minutes from the house and Red Falls is across the street.Red Falls Landing offers three bedrooms located on the second floor.Bedrooms 1 and 2 boast new, queen size beds with USA’s Most Awarded Mattress - Nectar. Both include a cozy club chair under the window looking out to Batavia Kill and Jefferson Ridge. Bedroom 3 offers four twin size beds and a smart TV.The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen in which to comfortably prepare meals. Our dining room is furnished with a large farm table for eight, and coffee cart/drink bar. The living room is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the trails. Friends and family can kick back on the power-reclining sectional and have a warm, embracing fire in the stone hearth fireplace.Additional features of the home include a mudroom for gearing up and storing and unloading ski and snowboard gear, as well as laundry amenities.Our outdoor space is furnished with a propane fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and garden lights. This is a perfect place to enjoy sounds from Red Falls just across the street, and the beauty of all of the surrounding nature.Guests are permitted and encouraged to use the entire house.
