Sunset Hills on Watts Bar Lake This spacious 3 / 2.5 bath home offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect location on Watts Bar Lake. The house has two living rooms with spectacular views from both levels with lots of room to spread out. Enjoy upper and lower-level decks for long-range views of the lake and mountains, with occasional spotting of eagles or ospreys. There is plenty of outdoor space including a recently installed fire pit area to relax. Terrace View Marina is less than a mile for boat rentals, boat launch, slips, fuel and restaurant. There are two kayaks available that can be launched at the marina.This house is on a quiet dead end road with little to no traffic. There is abundant parking for vehicles and trailers. It is perfect for families, fishing teams or a couple's getaway.Internet provided by AT&T fixed wireless broadband, will stream video or enjoy the DVD library of movies provided. Additionally, there are board games and a couple of shelves of books for your reading pleasure. You're at the lake, so just try and disconnect and operate on lake time.
