Aspen House by the River 2 bedroom home located 100 feet from the pristine Gunnison River.The home is on 2.5 acres of riverfront property and across a footbridge that will take you to the Gunnison White Water Park (my balance isn't great and with no handrails, I do not use it). Located just miles from Hartman Rocks Rec area, Blue Mesa Reservoir, 2 miles from downtown Gunnison, Colorado, 1/2 mile from Dos Rios Golf Course and 30 miles from Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy skiing, rafting, fly fishing, and biking right out your front door! Plenty of room for your RV and trailers. Only one mile from the Crested Butte ski shuttle stop. We are in the flight path, but it's Gunnison airport, not DIA. I think the planes are cool to watch when they do fly over. This property is shared with The River House on the river. All hammocks, firepits, and picnic tables are there for the two homes to share. There is a lot of room, so play nice (don't choose the space directly in front of the River House) and enjoy this park-like atmosphere!
