Head upstairs to an open space of additional seating. TV, and an open office area for working. here you will find 2 additional bedrooms as listed below:▪ 4th bedroom is upstairs with a King bed and a view of the backyard. Private sink/counter. Access to toilet and shower upstairs just past your sink but a door to separate it.▪ 5th bedroom offers a King size bed, access to private since and has a view of the front property with. Behind the closed door you will find access to the shower and toilet. Embrace Outdoor Living:▸ Relax on the Main Floor Patio off the living room offering pool view and backyard views. ▸Head to the front patio and relax on the seat swing or additional outdoor benches. ▸ Gather around the Fire-Pit to the left of the pool or the more enclosed fire pit out front for enchanted evenings under the stars.▸ Cool off in our play pool in the summer. NOT HEATED! (3 feet on the ends and 5 feet in the middle) with pool toys. ▸Grab the Ax throwing (plastic) kit off the front patio and set it up in the Yard for some good 'ol friendly competition. ▸Get out the Horeshoe's from the front patio and set up in the yard for all to play! ▸Take some fishing poles and head down to the pond for some catch and release relaxation! - Pets are here regularly! Specifically, Cats and Dogs so please keep that in mind if you have allergies to animals. We welcome your furry friends! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs are permitted with prior approval. A pet fee per animal is required. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. Please ensure dogs' and cats' nails are trimmed to protect our floors, are currently on flee medicine and do not leave pets unattended in the home. - Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a Rental agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID after booking confirmation.- The drive on the road to the property has some gravel roads so don't bring your sports car, or you may not have great clearance. - Grilling Amenities: A Propane Grill is available just off the back patio for your barbecuing pleasure, complete with a propane tank and cleaning utensils.- Grocery Delivery: For your convenience, Walmart delivery services are available to our home. Additionally, local stores like Fresh is only a 15-minute drive away.Please note these details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at our home. We’re here to help make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible!We do have a septic tank and the sprinklers for that are at the front of the property when you come in the gate to your right. These can smell from time to time when they go off but thankfully because of the openness of the property the smell disappears in about 15 minutes. Because of the septic tank we also insist nothing is flushed down the toilet except waste and toilet paper. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products. Thank you for understanding!-No Parties-No diving in the pool. -No fireworks-No swimming in the Pond. As a reminder we are in the country so always be aware of snakes and scorpions when walking the property.
