Charming 1BR Mother-in-Law, Centrally Located Enjoy a quiet, private, and centrally located basement apartment for your next stay in Salt Lake City. Get to Sugar House in 4 min, downtown in 10 min, or our famous ski resorts within 35 min. There is plenty of on-street parking. S-Line streetcar is a 3 min walk and the place is within walking distance of a grocery store, coffee shops, & restaurants. Great WiFi, well-stocked kitchen w/ air fryer. Fully enclosed backyard with shared sitting area and table (summer time) to enjoy. The space:Spacious and comfortable in the basement of our home. The house is made of concrete so you can't hear us and we can’t hear you. It's perfect if you need a private and quite space. If you need to work, there is a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk chair. Upon request, there is a queen air mattress available that can be set up in the living room if an additional bed is needed.Guest access:Private entrance is through the shared backyard and down the side stairs. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Laundry is shared.Other things to note:There is no temperature control in the basement apartment. Air vents can be open or closed depending on your comfort level. During the summer guests usually keep them closed since it stays cool. The winter time they are kept open to allow heat when it’s on. There is a fan and portable heater in the bedroom closet, if needed. There is a low spot in the bathroom so if you are taller than 6’2” you will need to watch your head. Amenities: Bathroom - Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Bedroom - 1 queen tempur-pedic adjustable bed, bed sheets, hangers, cotton linens, dresser and closet, extra pillows and blanket Laundry - Washer and dryer (in a common space and is shared), iron and iron boardLiving Room - 65" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO/MAX, Hulu, Paramount+ included), dedicated workspace w/ desk chair Kitchen - Stocked kitchen where guests can cook their own meals (no dishwasher but dish soap is provided), toaster, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, blender, air fryer, baking sheets, drip coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), oil, salt and pepper Backyard/Patio - Grill available to use with utensils.
