There is a king bed, 3 fulls, and one twin. The main level has the king bedroom, bathroom, and full bedroom. The loft has a twin and a full. While it does have shorter ceiling in the loft, it is a very cozy spot. The house has Central AC but the loft is a bit slower to cool down so there is an additional portable AC unit in the loft for you to use.This house location is very close to Central Park Community Center and is perfect for extra parking for your events. You are welcome to hold events on the property with pre approval and additional fees. It is a great birthday spot!GUEST ACCESS:You will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody.There is a long driveway on the side of the house and plenty of parking in the back of the house as well. Please note that the street is a bit slim so large trailers will have to be parked in front of the house as the turning radius is too tight to get into the driveway.LOCATION:Located in a peaceful neighborhood very close to State St, a main road in Salt Lake City that will get you just about anywhere.EVENTS:Occasionally we have guests ask if they can have a birthday party, a family reunion, or even a wedding at the house.We do allow small events and you are responsible for catering and for cleaning up the yard fully after your event. You are welcome to bring tables and chairs for the backyard. There is plenty of free parking at the Central Park Community Center which is less than a block away from the home. Perfect for all your event goers! Please inquire about hosting events at the property.PET RULES:We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.Look forward to hosting you and your pet!! The location really is great for pets, especially with the park nearby.
