Do not disturb other neighbors.Your Own Vehicle, and Uber/Lyft.-No Shoes. Shoes are to be taken off at the front door. -No Pets of any kind.-If your stay falls on a SUNDAY or MONDAY, please take out the trash curb, please! City garbage collection is Tuesday morning. Please bring back emptied trash cans on our curb at any point during your stay.-No parties, large gatherings, or other guests besides those on booking
