The Home-4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, light and open main level floor plan, nicely finished lower-level with oodles of room for the young and rambunctious, inside and out. Fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker for use. Your family an stay for Christmas and cooked the holiday meal!Large fenced- in yard (woof) off the extensive multi-level rear deck. Great for BBQ dinners, or your morning coffee, as you take in the beautiful natural surroundings, and fresh country air.Also available - rental of the barn on the property includes an indoor riding arena, and 4 stalls, and an RV hook-up. Fenced pastures next to the barn - which is right behind the house.No on-site barn services are available. Owners of horses are responsible for the care and feeding of their horses during their stay. Please inquire about pricing.Guest Access:Winter Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.The Neighborhood:Close to EVERYTHING you want and need for your Up North Destination get-away! Guests have loved having Traverse City and Lake Michigan nearby, but feeling off the beaten path.Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.Note- Wifi at this property is not what many would consider to be Hi-Speed. It's fine for normal streaming use, but may get slow if many devises are pulling from it at once.
