Newly renovated cozy cabin by Hunter ski mt Come relax in this newly renovated 3bd/2bath cabin right by Hunter ski mountain. The house is situated so you can walk up a hill and ski down the mountain slope without driving the Hunter ski resort parking lot.The outside remodeling is currently paused due to the weather conditions and will be continued in Spring 2023. Please excuse our outside appearance.Must be 21 years old and older to book.No parties or pets are allowed.No smoking or drugs (including weed) inside the house.The spaceThe first floor bedroom has a bunk bed (full sized bed with twin top bunk) and a twin trundle. The weight limits for the top bunk and the trundle are 250lbs and the weight limit for the full bed is 350 lbs. (Please note that use of the bunk bed is at your own risk.)The living room has a full size pull out sofa bed with a 5 inch thick memory foam mattress.The second floor has 2 bedrooms both with king sized beds.There are two small showers, one upstairs and one on the first floor.There are 4 Roku TVs throughout the house, a 43 inch Roku TV in the living room, a 32 inch Roku TV in the first floor bedroom, a 40 inch Roku TV in the first bedroom upstairs and a 32 inch Roku TV in the second bedroom upstairs.New electric ductless washer/dryer.Dishwasher is on back log and will be installed in Jan 2023.Other things to noteNo parties or pets allowed.No smoking or any kind inside the house (including e-cigarettes) and no drugs (including weed).Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am (7 days a week).Shoveling and salting of the front steps to the front door will be provided when there is more than 3 inches of snow. There is salt and a shovel available for use at cabin.Fire wood is provided for the wood stove in the living room.Use of the bunk bed is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury that occurs . A waiver will be sent prior to your stay.The nearest supermarket is Tops Friendly Market located in Tannersville, NY. It is best to stock up on food prior to coming to our cabin in Hunter.AWD/4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended due to the icy/snowy weather.Please be sure to put all garbage inside the garbage cans and secure the lids to prevent wild animals from rummaging through the garbage.Level 2 electric car charging unit available.Video surveillance camera is by the front door to oversee the number of occupants. No video cameras are inside the house.
