Ideal for small family gatherings, a fishing trip or getaway with friends. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath beachfront oasis was NEWLY renovated in July 2024. Enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee while taking in panoramic ocean views from a partially covered deck with a swing and plenty of seating for your whole group. The well-equipped kitchen with an island and oversized pantry makes dinners a breeze. The large dining room table (seats 8) and a breakfast bar (seats 3) make meal times and game nights easy. A new gas grill, backyard seating and firepit create the perfect space to spend quality time together in a private setting. Take a walk through the dunes to enjoy the beach, fish and to take in the magical sunsets only The Point of Emerald Isle can provide. Within our 1800 square foot home there are beautiful ocean views from the main living areas (kitchen, dining and living room) and from 2 bedrooms. - Bedroom 1: Primary suite. King bed with OCEAN VIEW, private bathroom with shower and soaking tub, walk-in closet and dedicated work space.- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with OCEAN VIEW.- Bedroom 3: Full bunk beds. A rinsing shower greets guests as they return from the beach, as well as, a full outdoor shower. If you return from The Point with some fish an outdoor Fisherman's Sink is ready for you to clean your catch. The laundry room with washer/ dryer is available for your use. Smart TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room with high-speed WiFi internet. Stream directly to the Smart TVs from your phone or device
