This allows for long walks in areas of uninterrupted nature with glorious sunsets (check it out on Google Earth). Only oceanfront is closer to the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms with an additional bonus room with double bunk beds and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. There is an additional pullout sofa in the living room. A big, covered porch with rockers allows for relaxation with a view of the ocean. This sunlight filled house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. One level for easy access to kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bonus room, and bathrooms. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating. In addition, there is a dining table for 8. House includes 5 flat screen ROKU SMART TVs (living room, each bedroom, bonus room) with cable and Wi-Fi throughout. Washer and dryer on the main floor. Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator, Keurig, and auto drip coffee maker. Enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grill. Linens provided with weekly rentals. No Pets/No Smoking. Rents Sunday to Sunday.
