The West side of the lot includes private parking. A gated entry leads to a walkway, patio area and private entrance to the house. Once inside, stairs lead into the common area... kitchen and the living room. Turning right will reveal the game room and work space which leads into [master] bedroom 1. Turning to the left and opposite direction, you'll see the hallway that leads to bedroom 2 and the bathroom. There is a rollaway twin bed and pullout full couch which offer additional beds. You’ll also have access to a large laundry room and storage area that can serve as an additional bedroom if desired.Free private parking and driveway. The nearest [ski] bus stop is only a 2-3 minute or 100 yard walk (entrance of the neighborhood on Fort Union).
