The home is in beautiful condition and provides gorgeous mountain views. You cannot beat the location of this home and its amazing setting. We are located in a three-story 4-plex with a shared entryway, outdoor spa and parking. The rear balconies are also common areas. Big Cottonwood is on the ground floor with a walkout patio. The canyon can be closed on snow days to cars that don't have 4wheel drive or chains. Please MAKE SURE your rental car or personal vehicle has those features in the winter. Not into fishing? You can leisurely wander around the lake enjoying the beautiful views of nature on the environment-protecting boardwalk. These activities are an easy 5-minute walk from our chalets. For those in search of a more difficult hike, there are four beautiful mountain lakes that constantly draw the attention of the ambitious hiker. The popular Guardsman's Pass mountain biking trails bring spectacular views and perfect terrain. Photographers have a heyday at Brighton because of the many amazing images to capture which include fields of the famous Brighton wildflowers. The views captivate tourists as well, who are making their way to Chalet Utah.
