This is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the main house including the laundry room and the beach area at all times. The suite is usually only occupied for a few day around Thanksgiving and from Christmas time until the first of the year. Please do not enter that fenced in area.
