The main level boasts a welcoming living room and dining area with sliding doors leading to an expanded exterior deck. Enjoy fresh paint, beamed ceilings, and original hardwood flooring throughout.Updated Kitchen: Our kitchen has been refreshed with modern touches, including new paint, ceramic tile flooring, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to cook up a feast. Comfortable Bedrooms: Head up five steps to find four generously sized bedrooms, each featuring hardwood flooring, fresh paint, and updated lighting. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. There are three other bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the last bedroom features a twin trundle bed. Perfect for families or groups needing plenty of sleeping space. The additional full bathroom is on this level with a tub/shower combo. Modern Bathrooms: The two full bathrooms have been rejuvenated with newer flooring, vanities, and fixtures. There is a half bath located on the lower level. Relax and refresh in style.Family Room & Office Space: The lower level features a cozy family room with a half bathroom and exterior access. A built-in desk and bookshelves make this an ideal workspace, keeping your stay clutter-free.Laundry & Storage: The basement includes laundry facilities, an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and a putting green. Outdoor Space: Wonderful views of the park greet you from the back decks. Relax in the hot tub or on the hammock. A propane grill is available for use as well as outdoor dining for 4. The attached 2-car garage provides additional convenience.Convenient Location: Our home is conveniently located near shopping, highways, and recreational facilities, making it easy to explore Akron and its surroundings.Please be aware and respect our house rules.⚠️ House rules:🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning🚬 Smoking outside is permitted🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house.
