Famous beach is a few min commute. Train station is a 20-25 min walk. NYC is a 25 min commute. Best location for leisure and commute. Plenty of restaurants are a 1-2 min walking distance from the house. A lot of stores are within a walking distance. No more than 2 dogs. No cats or other pets pls. Only registered people are allowed to enter the house. We greet our guests.
