This private, tranquil setting is your perfect lake escape. Ranch style log home is adorned with a knotty pine interior, and nestled on a very private, quiet, lakeside setting. 2 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably with full bath, outdoor shower, double bed, bunk beds and twin bed, 2 comfy sofas, and a day bed on the porch (like sleeping under the stars). Also includes use of 3 kayaks, canoe, 2 fishing poles, and 2 bicycles. While our free WIFI service with Roku access will allow you to "stay connected", there are plenty of recreational activities within walking distance; Highland Lake Marina - 1/2 mile, Stoddard General Store - 1 mile, hiking trail to Stoddard Rocks/Pioneer Lake - 1/2 mile. Drive or hike to the top of nearby "Blueberry" Pitcher Mtn. (Yankee Magazine's top NE blueberry picking spot). Hike Pitcher Mtn. Fire Tower. Stoddard boasts over 65% of Conservation Land, with miles of recreational trails for hiking or biking.
