You will be fined $2,000 for smoking inside3. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found. 4. No unregistered guests allowed. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever. You will be charged an additional fee of $50 per unregistered guest.5. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking this home, you agree to use hot tub at your own risk. 14. Do not leave hot tub cover off the hot tub when not in use15. No smoking, eating, or drinking in or near hot tub – no glass. If you create a mess in the hot tub and we’re required to drain and clean it, you will be fined $30016. Please take care of the property, furnishings, and decorations. If we need to replace or redo any of the decorations or furnishings, you will be fined $150 in addition to the cost of replacing the decorations or furnishingsWe LOVE our neighbors and please ask you to be conscious of them. Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. If we need to ask you to vacate the property because of noise or a party (more than registered guest count), you will be fined $500 and will not get a refund for remaining days. Small celebrations are OK but large parties, events, or ragers are NOT. In addition, the property is monitored with outdoor security cameras and noise detection hardware.
