The basement has 2 bedrooms, a full bath as well as its own living room and a kitchenette. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to breweries, restaurants, walking trails and green space. Hit downtown Littleton (5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) or Downtown Denver (30 minutes on lightrail, 20 minutes driving) in 30 minutes or less.
