Mountainside Oasis Close to Airport & SLC Summary:This is a 6,000 square foot home and the basement is rented separately. It has a separate entrance in the garage and we have never had any issues. The space has a fully supplied kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.). It also has a coffee maker for a nice fresh cup of coffee. There is a half basketball court and assortment of yard games and board games & puzzles. Also, a 65 inch flat screen in the living room and another 75 inch TV in additional living room. Each room has a cozy memory foam mattress as well.The Neighborhood:There is a unique park behind our home, that the kids love. The neighborhood has many great hiking locations. Eagle wood golf course is a 5 minute drive. The home is conveniently located near the freeway as well to easily get to any destination in Utah.Getting Around:The I-15 is 5 minutes from the home. The Salt Lake City International Airport is 15 minutes away. To get to the heart of Salt Lake City it is a 15 minute drive as well.
