The space includes a spacious Master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, an outdoor deck, and a washer and dryer. A long-term tenant resides in the basement apartment. Enjoy beautiful views of the valley and gorgeous sunsets.Guests have their own private entrance and will be given a code upon arrival.I respect the privacy of guests. However, I like to meet and get to know people whenever I get the chance. If you need anything, I can be reached through the app.One of the things that I love about living here is that it is a quiet residential area (most neighbors are old couples or young families) yet minutes away from the city, entertainment and events. Grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby too.The best way to get around would be by car.
