Superbly located directly on Lake Sequoyah near the dam, it's less than 2 miles from downtown Main Street. Ideal for groups of adults and families with kids, there’s never a shortage of things to do.With windows along the entire back of the house, you’ll have a magnificent view of the lake from every vantage point. Enjoy your morning coffee from the spacious upper deck while watching the steam rise off the lake. At sunset enjoy your favorite appetizer and beverage while lounging on the comfortable outdoor couches. After dark, take in the spectacular stars that are breathtaking at 4100 feet.The unique main floor is one large great room with distinct gathering areas. The large bar is perfect for casual dining, playing games, working on jigsaw puzzles or arts & crafts projects. For more formal dinners, you’ll enjoy the view of the lake from the dining room table. With multiple reading and relaxing areas, a cozy lounging area in front of the wood burning fireplace and a large sectional couch for viewing the flat screen TV with cable, Roku, and DVDs, everyone can be together in one room while doing their own thing!The kitchen is well appointed and has a bar area for friends and family to hang out and keep the cook company. Eat inside or outside at the two dining tables that seat up to fourteen. A gas grill is provided for the grill master in your party.The Main Floor has two bedrooms. The Master has a king bed, private bath, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom or “Blue Room” has a king bed with a beautiful view over-looking the lake, with a separate bath with tub/shower.Enjoy a game of ping pong or play games and cards at the gaming table in the lower level entertainment and game center. Relax and read a book from the large library of popular books or gather around the large flat screen TV for movies or games on the PS4 game console. This floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a full laundry room. The kids can hang out and sleep together in this colorful bedroom that has 2 sets of twins over full bunk beds. The second bedroom has a beautiful lakeside view with a king bed.Explore tranquil Lake Sequoyah in the 5 kayaks, canoe and/or paddle board from the private dock. Or take a swim! It’s an amazing experience to take in this spectacular setting. Bring your own fishing gear to catch bass, bream, trout, or nothing except a relaxing time on the water.Waterfalls like Bridal Veil and Dry Falls, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and downtown Highlands are within minutes from the house. You couldn’t ask for anything more!At 4100 feet, Highlands is a magical place at any time of year. When the summer heats up, Highlands is an average 78 degrees and it’s the best place to come and cool off. In the fall the leaves are spectacular and in winter it’s majestic.
