LakeView Cottage - Lake Sequoyah Views Located in the desirable Webbmont area with views of Lake Sequoyah, this cute 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain cottage is the perfect place to relax and escape the heat of the city. LakeView Cottage features two levels with plenty of windows to let in natural light and a rustic stone fireplace in the living room that opens onto the partially covered deck -- perfect for cool mountain days. The main level has a dining room with a sitting bench in the newly-redone bay windows, a cozy kitchen with a pass-through window, and a spacious livingroom with comfortable furniture and of course the fireplace. It has two bedrooms just past the kitchen-- one with two Twin beds, and another with a Queen Bed & private half bathroom. A full bathroom shares the hallway with these bedrooms. "Down below" through the metal spiral staircase, you'll find a King bedroom suite with its own TV and access to the lower patio, as well as another full bathroom and a large laundry room. Get a peek at Lake Sequoyah through the foliage from the deck as you lounge in the cool mountain air, or hop in the car for a short 2 mile drive to Downtown Highlands and all of its wonderful shopping and dining opportunities. For more water views, a quick trip in the other direction will have you following the Cullasaja River Gorge with several hiking and waterfall stops along the road!*This is an animal friendly property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by echeck **CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed. For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
