1 Bdrm near downtown Pt Richmond - Artsy/Piano This private apartment is 650 sq. ft. and a bit quirky ... but, perfect if you have eclectic tastes. The bedroom with queen bed is in a converted garage, with the garage door still in place. On nice days it's lovely to open it up to the day, but in the winter it will probably be too cold for that. There is also a small living room, a decent sized kitchen with everything but an oven, and another room that holds a tuned grand piano and other musical instruments, also a bathroom with shower . The apartment is on the bottom floor of a triplex and has a garden patio in the front. The entire house is three stories, with my husband Marc and I living on the top story and a family with a 4 year old who live in the middle story. The house sits on a 1/2 acre of land, so there's plenty of privacy and lots of outdoor space. We are artists/musicians, so our playful and eclectic decor reflects that. Pt. Richmond is a gem of a location. We are located a few blocks from downtown where there are grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, including the new Baltic Kis with live music 6 nights a week. We are also within walking distance of hiking trails, Miller Knox park, Keller Beach, and the beautiful Richmond Plunge indoor swimming pool.
