Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Elegant and well-appointed for adults with TONS of action for kids and teens.This professionally decorated home has a main floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large open living, dining, and kitchen area and full laundry. The basement also has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a GIANT comfortable couch, 85” tv and game table. One bedroom is a bunk room with 5 bunks and a toy area for the younger kids. The windows have blackout shades for a good night's sleep. All other rooms have king or queen extra-comfortable mattresses. Clean and new furniture throughout. A two-car garage with epoxy coated floors is yours to either park or spread out with tables and chairs for your entire party. Included are an extra fridge, ice machine, and tons of folding tables and chairs for outdoor use. An extremely well-appointed kitchen will make you feel at home and extras like a gas grill/smoker and high chairs with kids dishes makes it over the top. The 9-person saltwater hot tub will soak every care away! But the BEST PART of the house is an unbelievable 3400 sf fun factory with arcade games, basketball, pickleball, ping pong, racetrack, forts, and nerf arsenal. Too many games to list; your kids will beg to move in!You will be staying in an upscale neighborhood with amazing views of the valley. Trails are steps away and wildlife nearby. Night sky views are incredible and sunrise/sunsets are beautiful up here. Skiing at Cherry Peak is 20 minutes awayBeaver Mountain Ski Resort is 45 minutes Hyrum Reservoir 25 minutesUSU Campus 7 minutesBear Lake 60 minutesYou have access to the entire main home, including 2 car garage, and the main floor of the fun factory building. Outdoor spaces are also available with respect for the neighbors and quiet hours. Everything is accessible by door code so you won't have to keep track of keys. Managers live on site at the back of the second level of the Fun Factory and have access to a single garage bay, separate from the guest garage. Extra mattresses available to rent. No street parking allowed, but plenty of off-street spaces (no commercial or recreational vehicles without prior permission.)Some monitoring of the property: driveway and doorbell cameras, sound device to ensure noise levels are at local regulations.
