Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a communal kitchen, lounge area, and billiards room.At home, enjoy leisurely outdoor living on the breezy, screened patio. The two-sided fireplace offers a touch of cozy ambience for both the terrace and the living room. Updated furnishings and appliances throughout the home ensure complete modern comfort and convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen makes planning and preparing home-cooked meals easy, and there is plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and the dining table.We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 pm.Check-out time: 10:00 am.Each TV has Philo TV; other streaming services are only with guests' own accounts.For a $150 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a key fob to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by the property manager at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
