All bedrooms, thoughtfully located on the 2nd floor, come with individual TVs for added convenience.The second floor also hosts an additional well-appointed bathroom and the laundry room. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a generously sized sectional sofa, a dedicated work desk, and an adjacent dining area for shared meals and gatherings.The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all the typical appliances found at home, including a Keurig, blender, and various essentials. Step outside to the inviting patio, complete with a gas grill and additional seating, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining guests.Convenience is key with a half bathroom located near the front door, providing easy access for residents and visitors alike. This tastefully appointed home offers a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a relaxed yet well-equipped living space. Additionally, guests have adult and kids bikes to use during their stay.Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. There is also Pickleball courts just a few houses down from this wonderful home. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The shuttle service runs all week between 10 am and 6 pm with some days having multiple shuttles running at the same time. Additional details for stops will be at the property. The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day(subject to change based on HOA and community regulations)***Amenities are available at $85 per reservation. 8 passes are provided after the amenity fee has been paid. No additional passes can be purchased. Outdoor pools and shuttle service run from Memorial day to Labor Day. Amenity fees, access, and rules are subject to change per the community*****To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
