Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.The spaceThe main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, 2nd full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The 4th bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bath on this floor as well. The basement is finished with a bar, office area, and futon. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has 3 docks to park boats. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.Show more
