Masters Tournament Rental HOME Sleeps 8+ Near Champions Golf Course Visiting the Augusta region for the Masters Golf Tournament and Women's Amateur. Consider staying at this 2-story 4 Bedroom 2.5 Ba home approx, 1 mile from Champions Retreat (where the Womens is played prior to the National) and 15 miles from the National course. A 20-30 minute drive depending on masters traffic. Sleep up to 8+ (10 if using couches or airbed)Master suite with King, 65" tv and spa tub bath downstairs. Upstairs find 3 guest rooms with Queen Size beds and 32" televisions and additional rooms with Twin bed. Dual sink bathroom up stairs. Queen Size air mattress on property, along with 2 couches and 2 loveseats downstairs. Large open kitchen with plenty of room to dine together. Large Propane BBQ on back patio (with extra tank). Back patio area covered off the living room. Living room has a 70" television. Half Bath downstairs. Wifi in home accessible to guests. Plenty of parking that can accommodate up to 5 or 6 vehicles. Walk or use the golfcart available to renters (yes you can use our cart - its fast! 4 seater), to the nearby grocery, tavern, dining areas in Riverwood Plantation. Spots include: McDonalds, Mi Rancho, Top China, Riverwood Tavern, along with Publix, Woodys Spirits, and Rooted Coffee House and Starbucks. Champions retreat golf course is a short 3 minute drive from the home. Guests will have access to 95% of home, wifi, television, utilization of the fridge and deep freezer in garage. Fresh linens and towels provided - no maid service for this stay, but plenty of towels and new linens for use. This is a family owned residence in a nice low key neighborhood. Pet okay on approval (no cats) Fenced back yard, dog door, etc.
