Any undeclared guests will have $200/day fee. • Turning off the air conditioner, lights and closing windows is expected when you leave the home. • We clean the home with specific cleaning products, let us know if you need more during your stay. • All whites (linens, towels, etc.) are laundered only with whites. • Rugs are washed only at the laundry mat – never in property washer and dryer. • No pets unless authorized by Host. Violation of this House Rule results in a 100/day fee. • Extra Cleaning fee (40/per hour) will be assessed if home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a reasonable guest would normally leave a home in, for example but not limited to: o Pots and pans in the kitchen sinko Excessive trasho Stains on the flooro Dirty walls, etc. • Violation of any portion of “House Rules” are grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without refund. These House Rules are contractual commitments that are binding upon the guest(s). Should any of these provisions be required to be judicially enforced, the hosts shall be entitled to an award of attorney fees and all costs of litigation.
